KODA:

Plant & Spirit Studies

In the Lakota language, Koda means "friend" or "ally"; it is a strong bond of friendship deep loyalty. Koda reflects the deep connection between individuals who share a community and way of life.

Journey into a sacred apprenticeship where you'll deepen your connection with inner wisdom, plant spirits, and nature's ancient rhythms. This transformative experience weaves together ceremony, medicine-making, and self-discovery, guiding you to walk in harmony with the natural world as both healer and nurturer.

At the core of this path lies humanity's timeless relationship with plants. You'll learn to attune to their wisdom and unique energies, crafting intentional remedies that bridge earth and spirit. This sacred practice forms the foundation of your journey, offering healing that extends from the physical realm to the depths of spirit and community.

Following the medicine wheel's guidance, you'll explore life's cycles and discover your place within them. Each phase strengthens your connection to your inner compass, teaching you to navigate life's transitions with purpose and grace. Through shared ceremonies—including Cacao Ceremonies, fire circles, and rites of passage—you'll release what no longer serves while embracing your soul's deepest callings.

The body itself becomes sacred ground through mindful movement, yoga, and breathwork. These practices anchor you in the present moment while awakening the ancient wisdom held within your being, teaching you to move through life with greater flow and harmony.

This apprenticeship flourishes within community—a circle where individuals gather to share, grow, and heal collectively. Here, you'll find a sanctuary for authentic expression and empowerment, where wisdom flows freely and joy abounds. Together, we'll revive ancient practices of connection, creating and thriving in sacred unity.

Step into Earth's rhythms, reclaim your bond with the plant realm, and awaken your inner healer. This apprenticeship offers a carefully woven tapestry of ritual, teaching, and sacred practice, honoring both the profound wisdom of plants and the power of ceremonial gathering.
