MY EXPERIENCE

For over 28 years, I have walked the path of the Healing Arts but in truth, this journey began long before this lifetime. The call to healing has been woven through my ancestry and soul memory, a quiet thread guiding me since childhood. It has always felt less like a decision and more like a remembering.

Some of those early moments remain vivid in my memory, like being four years old at a book fair with my mother when two books found their way into my hands: one on yoga and the other on massage. Even then, I felt a spark of something ancient. Looking back, I see those small moments as sacred signposts, affirming what my soul already knew.

As I grew, this inner knowing naturally shaped my studies. I pursued my training in Alternative Health and Healing and later became a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the Heartwood Institute in Northern California. My formal training continued with certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Cupping, and more. I am also a certified yoga teacher and a trained herbalist, bringing in medicinal oils and plant allies when appropriate.

Over the years, I’ve deepened my practice through mentorship, hands-on experience, and pilgrimages to sacred lands where I’ve studied with traditional healers and elders. The spirit of this work continues to teach and humble me every day.

What I offer is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Every session is as unique as the person before me. Some days, that might look like focused structural work, unwinding tension through deep tissue or neuromuscular therapy. Other days, the body may call for gentle nervous system support through Craniosacral work, breath, or sound healing. I often weave in elements of Shamanic Reiki, herbal preparations, or vibrational therapies, depending on what’s aligned.

This is integrative bodywork in the truest sense. It honors both the science of anatomy and the subtle language of the soul. Whether you're coming in for physical relief, emotional support, spiritual connection...or all three, you’ll be met exactly where you are.

This work is not just my profession; it is my devotion. I hold each session as a sacred space, guided by intuition, shaped by your body’s wisdom, and supported by years of training and experience.

Healing is not linear, and there is no “finish line.” But there is a path. My role is to walk beside you on it, offering support, insight, and tools for deeper connection to your body, your breath, your Spirit, and your own innate capacity to heal.
