ABOUT
For thousands of years the Aztecs and Mayans have used cacao for medicinal and ceremonial purposes. Its scientific name Theobroma cacao actually means “Food for the Gods” and I would go as far to say, the food of the goddess, as this tree is divinely feminine. Cacao was believed to have been sent from the heavens as a gift to humankind.
The Mayan elders that I have learned from are protectors of the sacred fire and of this sacred medicine. I have received the blessing to serve cacao from Tz’utujil elders, Tata Pedro and Nana Marina, in Guatemala. I am committed to always continuing to go deeper in my understanding of this sacred medicine as she has so much to offer us. I have so much gratitude to the elders who have shared the wisdom and spirit of this medicine with me, and to the spirit of Cacao for teaching me so much about the journey from the mind to the heart. I am deeply honored to be here as a guardian to protect Cacao and share her in a good way with humanity. I am devoted to my relationship with this plant and continue everyday to build more understanding as I deepen and foster my connection to the power of her medicine and what we can offer each other.
Over the past 4 years, I have been working on a 1:1 program that connects what I have been learning about Cacao along with my experience in the healing arts to support you on a journey. This journey is an opportunity to connect more deeply with the spirit of cacao with guidance and support. The magic of connecting to the spirit of the plants is that the more we connect with them, the more we find ourselves at the center. Cacao, like all plant medicines, work individually to support you where you need it most. Cacao happens to find her way to our hearts… She finds her way there differently for each person and I will be with you every step of the way as you unlock and open to the potential of your beautiful heart and higher states of being. I will be there as a support, guide, facilitator, and coach you through the doorway.
