For thousands of years the Indigenous people Central and South Americas have used cacao for medicinal, celebrational, and ceremonial purposes. The scientific name for Cacao is Theobroma cacao which means “Food for the Gods” and it is believed to have been sent from the heavens as a gift to mankind.

In this ceremony we will honor the winter, the longest night, death and rebirth, when natures power and our souls are renewed, and the official return of the sunlight that will now make its way back to the Earth.

Cacao is gentle yet POWERFUL medicine. When consumed intentionally and in ceremony, it subtly releases energy blockages and barriers that we unconsciously build against ourselves and others. It is a doorway to invite us to open to our consciousness and our hearts. Join me as we collectively create higher frequencies of love through our body, minds, and spirits.

Water is magic. It holds memory. It brings us back to the womb. It carries our prayers and intentions. Ritual bathing is one of the most delicious ways of purifying and protecting our energy fields. Immersing ourselves into water also brings us closer to the Divine. It gives us a rebirth, recalibrates us, and in some sense even gives us a momentary death….returning to the water. Where we come from but to what we also return to.

Ritual plant baths have been used for thousands of years to cleanse our spirits, to attract love, prosperity, for protection, and all the things in between. We will review some of the plants we have discussed in the first class, you will learn some new plants, and continue to go deeper into the practice. This class will be hands on experience of giving yourself a plant bath working with ceremony and ritual in a collective safe space. In order to come to this class, you must have completed The Art & Ritual of Plant Bathing I.

I will give individual recommendations for participants for personalized baths.

In this workshop we will discuss medicine wheel and how it connects to nature, the season of Spring, including it’s energetics, ways of honoring our rhythm connected with nature’s rhythm, and a few common spring medicinals that are in bloom. I will teach you the physical and spiritual benefits, you will learn ethical harvesting practices, and have the hands on experience of harvesting and explore making medicine with the spring plants. During the workshop you will have the opportunity to choose one of these plants as an ally to work with throughout the Spring and will go home with some freshly made medicine.

The Lehigh Valley Psychedelic Society is hosting their regular Sacred Cacao Ceremony with facilitator FreeDom Flowers on Friday, March 17th from 6pm-8pm in Easton, PA.

In this online event, we will connect deeply to divine feminine energies that we hold within. We will connect to our wombs and our yoni’s, where we hold everything from ancestral knowledge, wounds, traumas, and the great creative force of life. Working with our yoni egg crystals we will meditate collectively to connect more deeply to healing our wombs and cultivating our creative power that is by nature, our right and privilege.

Due to the nature of this event, we will be online so that you can be in the safety of a facilitated circle where we will have space to share and connect but in the sanctity of your own home where you can have your camera off for personal privacy.

Even if you have attended one of these before, I invite you to come again as every time is different depending on the way I am being guided…

Below are a list of things you should know for the meditation:

• Make sure to have a private space where you won't be interrupted during this very intimate and deep ceremony/meditation

• Have pillows, blankets, and a warm space to lay down and be very comfy

• Have a cup of your favorite tea or a cup of water

• Have a plant smudge of some kind near you (sage, copal, frankincense, cedar, etc)

• Have your yoni egg near you

• Make sure your yoni egg is washed and clean before we start

• Have a journal and pen available

• Bring an instrument if you play one (drum, guitar, rattle, etc)

Making your own Hand and Body Cream is not only fun, it’s empowering to create your own adornments. Once you receive the knowledge on how to make this nourishment for your skin, it’s easy to do and much cheaper than buying it from a store.

Commercial body creams are costly and filled with nasty additives that we can't even pronounce half of the time. These additives absorb into our body through our skin with evidence showing they disrupt our hormones, including our endocrine system. Our skin is the largest organ of the body and often ignored as a living part of us. It is vital for us to honor our temples we call our bodies and treat them with love and care.

As we make our own creams, we will do it in ceremony, setting intentions and prayers into our creations. Creating beauty rituals is an ancient practice that is easy to bring into your own self-care regimen. Weaving ceremony and magic into this beauty recipe with our loving thoughts that we will then be able to lather all over ourselves and absorb (instead of harsh chemicals :) ). I will discuss self-care practices you can do.

I will also briefly discuss the benefits of the ingredients including the herbs we will be using to make your very own Herbal Hand & Body Cream. We will make a batch for you to take home and the recipe so that you can make it in your own kitchen in the future.

FreeDom Flowers & Kerry Smith are offering a morning of cacao ceremony, yoga, sound bath, and Reiki

This uplifting morning will begin with a cacao ceremony to calm our minds and connect us deeply to our hearts. We will follow this by a gentle heart opening yoga practice to further the opening and restoring of our physical, emotional, energetic, and spirit bodies. As we wind down, we will bathe in the healing vibration of sound through singing bowls, hand pan, and other soundscapes while receiving a mini Reiki session.

In this workshop you will learn the most common baby and kid friendly herbs, common childhood issues and the herbs to use for them, and some easy home recipes you can make to get your kids to take them.

In this workshop we will discuss the medicinal benefits of honey and how infusing botanicals into your honey can bring additional healing benefits. We will also go over magical benefits of plant medicine in honey and how it has been used ritual and magic in history to modern day. Together, we will make our infused honey with our choice of healing herbs and let it sit for a few weeks. On the following meetup we will return together to strain our honey and have a medicinal honey tasting and meditative sound bath to infuse the frequency of love into ourselves and our honey!
